Add a keybox to inventory

1. Click Show All Tasks on the SupraNET homepage.
2. From the Keyboxes section, click Add to Inventory.
3. From the Keybox: Add to Inventory screen, select the Keybox Type:

• iBox BT (or iBox BT LE)
• iBox
• AEII

Using a programming base

1. Select Enter Keybox Serial via the Programming base from Inventory Entry Method.
2. Connect the keybox to the programming base.

1. Place the iBox with the infrared lens down and line it up with the lens on the programming base to connect the keybox to the programming base.
2. Place the AEII KeyBox to the programming base, insert the programming card into the receptacle on the keybox and align it with the contacts on the programming card with the contacts on the keybox.

3. Click Continue.
4. From the Keybox: Add to inventory screen, verify that the keybox information is correct.
5. Click Continue.

Manually (AEII KeyBox only)

1. Select Enter keybox serial by hand from Inventory Entry Method.
2. Click Continue.
3. From the Keybox: Add to Inventory screen, enter the keybox information:

• Keybox serial number
• Shackle code
• CBS code info
• Ownership
• Optional fields
• Timed access info

4. Click Continue.

When the keybox has been successfully added to the inventory, the system displays a completion message and prompts to select the next task.
