Any Supra key may be limited to provide access only when a valid Call Before Showing (CBS) code is entered for the particular lockbox. The keyholder must call the listing agent to obtain the CBS code for the particular lockbox they need to access. Listing agents can retrieve the CBS code for a lockbox by logging in to SupraWEB, calling KIM Voice, viewing it in eKEY Inventory, or contacting Support.
For an eKEY, once a CBS code is obtained from the listing agent, the CBS code stays active until the listing agent changes it. When using the eKEY app, the active CBS code must be entered each time an operation is performed.
