Program key

Programming a key allows you to change the PIN code and add or delete cooperating systems. The eKEY is not programmed through SupraNET; instead, the user will perform a manual update from their key.

Change a PIN code

1. Select Program Key / Keybox in the Common Tasks section.
2. Select Program.
3. From Product Type, select the type of key to program and Continue.
4. Type in the key serial number and Continue.
5. In the Update PIN section, add the new PIN and select Continue.
6. Sync the key with the system to incorporate the changes.

The system displays a completion message and prompts to select the next task.

Add or Delete a Cooperating system

1. Select Program Key / Keybox in the Common Tasks section.
2. Select Program.
3. From Product Type, select the type of key to program and Continue.
4. Type in the key serial number and Continue.
5. In the Cooperating Information section, enter the cooperating system name or scroll to find it and select ADD or REMOVE button.
6. Select Continue.
7. Sync the key with the system to incorporate the changes.

The system displays a completion message and prompts to select the next task.
