SupraNET Overview

The Supra system

The Supra system controls access to listings with the use of electronic keys and keyboxes (also known as lockboxes). Keys to the listing are placed inside the keybox, which requires an electronic key and PIN to open. Agents are issued an electronic key with permissions that allows them to open Supra keyboxes in order to show listings to potential buyers. When agents use their electronic keys to open a keybox, the showing date, time, and access details are recorded in both the key and the keybox.

Electronic keys upload the showing information when they connect to the Supra network. The showing information is then available to agents through SupraWEB, the agent website, and to association / MLS staff through reports in SupraNET.

SupraNET

SupraNET is the software used by the association / MLS to manage the Supra system. SupraNET is Internet-based and can be managed from any Internet connection.
