Transfer in key
Some associations are allowed to transfer keys from another
association/MLS if they have a transfer agreement in place.
If you are unsure whether you can transfer keys, please .
If a keyholder moves to your association/MLS from another
using a different system code, deprogram the key before
transferring it into your system.
Transfer a key in from another association/MLS
- Click the Show
All Tasks button on the SupraNET homepage.
- From Keys,
click Transfer In.
- From the Key:
Transfer In screen, enter the serial number of the key to transfer.
- Connect the key to the
SupraNET computer.
- Click Continue.
- Confirm the key information
in the Transfer In: Add to Inventory
screen and click Continue.
- Enter / confirm the keyholder
details and click Continue.
- Select the applicable
key options and click Continue.
- Select whether or
not this is a training key from the Is
this a training key? field. Choose Yes
or No.
- Select whether the
keyholder would like to purchase insurance from the Would
the keyholder like to purchase insurance? field. Choose Yes or No.
- Select the service
level from the Select the service
level field. Choose Professional
or Basic.

- A summary of fees displays.
Review the charges and click Continue.
- Enter / confirm the keyholder's
billing address and click Continue.
- Enter / confirm the keyholder's
payment information. Do one of the following:
- Credit
/ Debit Card. Enter the card number and expiration date or swipe
the card through the transaction machine.
- Cash Payment.
Select this option to bill the fees to the board. The keyholder pays the
board directly, and the board then pays Supra. Note: This option requires
the board to set up an account for Supra to bill. For more information,
see Update owner information.
- For eKEY users, enter
the credit / debit card number for the recurring fee, or click Use
Same Card to charge the same card specified for the initial
fee.
- Click Continue.
The Keyholder Agreement,
Exhibit A form, and receipt
are generated.
- To add the keyholder's
signature click Add digital signature
to have the keyholder sign the transaction machine.
- Or, select the Keyholder has read and
accepts the terms of these documents option if you are
unable to use the transaction machine.
- To email copies of the documents,
click Email Copies.
- To view or print a document,
click View / Print.
- Click Continue.
The system displays a completion message and prompts to select
the next task.
