View / edit keyholder information

View keyholder information

  1. Search for the keyholder record. Note: Any search criteria other than name must be complete and exact.
  2. The Keyholder screen includes keyholder information and the following tabs:

Details. Keyholder detail information is shown here including the keyholder ID, name, status, type, office, listing agent ID, phone, and email information.

Keys. Key serial numbers assigned to the keyholder are shown here along with the PIN code and sync time, if applicable. Select an assigned key to activate the functions to perform for that key or assign a key.

Keyboxes. Assign keyboxes to the keyholder, view keyboxes already assigned, and perform related functions on assigned keyboxes.

Accessories. View any accessories assigned to the keyholder.

Billing. For Keyholder Agreement accounts, view the keyholder's billing address and payment information for any recurring fees. Click the View A/R History button to view past payments or the Make Payment button to accept a past due payment.

Documents. Displays any contracts or documents generated from transactions including the feature to print or email the documents.

Notes. Add or view any notes that pertain to the keyholder.

Edit keyholder information

  1. Click the appropriate tab to locate the field to change.
  2. Click in the fields to make changes.

Note: Light-blue fields are required.

  1. Click Save Now to save changes or click Undo Changes to disregard changes.
