Offices are used to group keyholders for reporting and controlling access. In most cases, offices represent a real estate office. Also use offices to categorize keyholders in the database. For example, you may want to create an office for your affiliate members.
Office status affects whether or not all keyholders within an office can login to SupraWEB or KIMvoice, or perform an eSYNC with their key. If keyholders cannot interact with SupraWEB, KIMvoice, or perform an eSYNC with their key, they cannot obtain update codes to activate their keys.
Office status includes the following:
Active. The office is in good standing and keyholders can interact with SupraWEB, KIMvoice, and eSYNC their keys.
Inactive. The office is no longer part of the association / MLS (for example the office closes) and keyholders cannot interact with SupraWEB, KIMvoice, or eSYNC their keys.
Hold. The office is part of the association / MLS but is not in good standing. The keyholders within the office cannot interact with SupraWEB, KIMvoice, or eSYNC their keys.
Office status is the same as Keyholder status, but Office status applies to all keyholders within an office.
